All orders ship from Ottawa, Canada

Please allow 1-2 days order processing time. All jewelry is made specifically for you and requires time.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping to Canada

Free Untracked shipping is sent via lettermail, therefore it is untracked and takes 3-10 business days. 

*Orders over 75$ CAD will automatically be shipped with Standard shipping*

Standard tracked shipping within Canada is $10 and is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders usually arrive in 2-8 business days, however, Canada Post cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Express tracked shipping within Canada is $16 and is shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost shipping and usually arrives in 2-4 business days, however, Canada Post cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Shipping to the US

Free Untracked shipping is sent via small packet air, therefore it is untracked and takes between 7-15 business days to arrive due to customs. 

*Orders over 75$ CAD will automatically be shipped with Standard US shipping*

Standard US shipping is $12 and is tracked. It takes between 4-8 business days. 

Express US shipping is $32 and is tracked. It takes between 2-3 business days.
